Astor Broadway’s luxury living extends to superior amenities including a chic lounge, duplex fitness center, outdoor workout area and indoor parking. The unparalleled offerings culminate in a landscaped roof deck with sweeping city views and space meant for entertaining.

To offer availability access to new tenants before the building was completed, Astor tasked us with developing a functional, sleek website within a short production timeframe. With creative freedom from the client, this quickly became one of our favorite projects.

Developing a minimal website interface, we focused on showcasing Astor’s elegant features and beautiful spaces. The key design element was simplicity, exploiting images of the property throughout and creating a hierarchy of relevant page content for new tenants. Realizing the majority of traffic would originate from mobile devices, a seamless mobile experience was vital.

Part of our solution included a client side control panel to manage availability listings and floor plans. Secondary pages highlighted two main areas – interiors and amenities, and the neighborhood. To minimize visitor click through and offer a clean user experience, we included a clear call to action on each page.
